NowOne is an independently developed app by Raul Blanco and is not operated by a company or legal entity.
2. Core Principle: No Data Collection
NowOne was built with a "Privacy by Design" philosophy. We do not collect, store, or process any personal data from our users.
The app operates entirely on your device. All data you enter in the app (e.g., tasks, calendar entries, flashcards) remains exclusively on your Apple device and is never transmitted to our servers or shared with third parties.
3. Apple Ecosystem
NowOne is currently available for iOS and is distributed through the Apple App Store. Support for iPadOS, macOS, and Apple Watch is planned for the future. The download and use of the App Store is subject to Apple Inc.'s privacy policy. We recommend reviewing Apple's Privacy Policy separately.
If you use Apple services such as iCloud to sync device data, this is governed by Apple's terms and is outside of our control.
4. Third-Party Email Services
NowOne offers an optional email integration feature. If you choose to connect your email account, the App communicates directly with the following third-party APIs:
- Microsoft Graph API (for Outlook / Microsoft 365 accounts) — subject to Microsoft's Privacy Statement
- Google Gmail API (for Gmail / Google Workspace accounts) — subject to Google's Privacy Policy
When you use this feature, your email data is fetched directly from Microsoft or Google to your device. NowOne does not store, relay, or have access to your email data on any server. Authentication is handled via industry-standard OAuth 2.0, meaning your email password is never shared with NowOne.
You can disconnect your email account at any time within the App. We recommend reviewing the respective privacy policies of Microsoft and Google.
5. No Analytics or Tracking
NowOne does not use any analytics tools, tracking services, advertising SDKs, or any other services that collect or evaluate user behavior. No cookies, fingerprinting, or similar technologies are used.
6. Website
This website (www.nowone-students.com) is a static informational site. It does not use cookies, tracking, or collect any personal data. No analytics services (such as Google Analytics or similar) are used.
When you visit this website, the hosting provider may automatically collect technical access data (e.g., IP address, time of access, browser type) in server log files. This data is necessary for technical operations and is not combined with other data sources.
7. Contact Communication
If you contact us via email, the data you provide (e.g., email address, name, message content) will be used exclusively to process your inquiry and will not be shared with third parties.
